ATT det sker en process visste jag och att  mjölet börjar jäsa, visste jag. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Däremot lät det lite skumt, när det stod i den ev. innehållsförteckning. Då tänkte jag att det var något skumt de gjort. Ju mera jag läser om det på deras sida, ju mer skeptisk blir jag. Ex. Du behöver inte mata den. Den är anpassad till ett speciellt recept etc. Hmm... Fermenterat mjöl lät som de gjort något fusk med mjölet. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jag tänker så här, men jag kan ha fel. I ett brödrecept är surdeg en ingrediens (bubblig och fin), men ingredienser i en surdeg är mjöl och vatten. Sköter bara min surdeg och gör ibland en pouliche. Köper mjöl från Orga Kvarn = mjöl, vatten, surdeg pch salt. Om det skulle vara så att den färdiga köpta surdegen bara innehåller vetemjöl och vatten, vad är det då för fel?
